Paid services. The consultation, the journey, and any paid PDF guides are delivered as described. Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you're unhappy with a paid service, write to us and we'll make it right. Stripe and Gumroad have their own terms that apply to your transaction; nothing here overrides them.

External links. The site references third-party clinics, practitioners, parks, and other resources. We don't control those organizations. We can't guarantee their hours, their pricing, their availability, or your experience with them. Verify before relying.

Affiliate relationships. Some referrals (e.g. Gaojing Sports Rehabilitation) involve a fee paid to us if you book through our link. We disclose these where they exist.

Changes. The site evolves. Resources are added and updated. These terms can change without notice; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
